This Privacy Policy explains how XStreamPOS ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the XSTREAMPOS point-of-sale application (the "App") on Android tablets and POS devices, and when you visit www.XStreamPOS.com (the "Website"). XSTREAMPOS is a cloud-based POS used by retail businesses to manage checkout, inventory, customers, and store operations. By using the App or Website, you agree to the practices described below.

Consistent with our Google Play Data Safety declaration, the XSTREAMPOS Android app may collect the following categories of data. We only collect data that is necessary to provide POS functionality, and we never sell your personal information.

Location: The App requests location permission solely to enable Bluetooth scanning for nearby printers, scanners, and payment peripherals — a requirement imposed by the Android operating system for Bluetooth device discovery. XSTREAMPOS does not use this permission to determine, collect, store, share, or track your geographic location for any other purpose.

XSTREAMPOS is a business application intended for use by adults (18+) in retail and store operations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
We may store and process your information on servers located outside your home country. By using the App or Website, you consent to the transfer of your information to those locations, which may have different data protection laws than your own.
